Ham Networks:
Life Point T1 (First 8 duelists, top of the tree)
Life Point T2 (Last 8 duelists, bottom of the tree)
My hamachi premium expired so in order to contact your opponents your best bet is to get on these networks.
Tournament Rules(MUST READ!):
The rules of this tournament are a bit complicated, so please read before signing up.
- Once an opponent has been assigned, you must duel him/her within the set deadline.
- When a duel ends, both duelists must keep track of the life points the winner had left at the end of the duel. Do this for the two duels the winner won in the match.
- When you win, you must post the life points you had left in both duels of the match you won.
- If you lose, when you confirm a defeat you must post the life points your opponent had left at the end of both duels he/she won.
-Any posts that are found edited, will result in immediate disqualification for the winner, so if you're gonna post a match make sure to post it correctly.
- Once you got the life points for both matches, you must find the average of those two and however many life points are averaged out, you will add them to your next match.
Examples of how to post, and how to average:
Duelist One's Post:
I defeated Duelist Two 2-0
Duel 1: 1000 Life Points Left
Duel 2: 5000 Life Points Left
Average: 3000
Duelist Two's Confirmation:
Confirm
Duel 1: 1000 Life Points Left
Duel 2: 5000 Life Points Left
Average: 3000
Finding an Average:
This is basic math, but in case you don't know here's how to do it.
* You take both numbers, in this case 1000, and 5000.
* You add them up: 1000+5000 = 6000
* Since there are two numbers, you will divide the total by two: 6000/2 = 3000
* Your average is 3000.
-When you find your average, like I said above, it will be carried on to your next match, so using the example, if you had an average of 3000 life points left, in your next match you will start out with 11,000 Life Points (3000+8000). This will continue until the final match of the tournament.
- In order to advance you must defeat your opponent in a match (best two out of three duels)
- In order to advance once you've defeated your opponent you must post that you defeated your opponent and have them confirm their loss.
- If you do not duel before the deadline, and you did not report in a post, then you will be disqualified
- If both players report in saying they've PMed one another, etc., BOTH will be disqualified, it is your responsibility to set up a time and date for your tournament match ups.
Sign Up Rules:
- Must have a rank in the academy (Blackrose, Archfiend, Stardust or Tester)
- Must have twenty(20) posts or more
- Must agree to arrange a meeting between you and your opponent to duel, if you do not feel like you might be online to duel whoever you're assigned within the next week or two to participate in your duels, don't sign up.
- If you participated in the last tournament, the higher you got on the the less priority you'll have with this tournament's sign ups, this is so that every member in the academy can participate in tournaments and the same people don't sign up over and over and win over and over.
