    Deck - Dragunity Drive

Post by BigBangMeteor on Sun Oct 10, 2010 8:46 pm

No, this is not the Dragunity Structure deck. This is my own Dragunity deck.

    Monsters x 20

    Dragunity Phalanx x 3
    Dragunity Dux x 3
    Dragunity Legionnaire x 3
    Dragunity Tribus x 2
    Flying Kamakiri x 2
    Dragunity Brandistock x 1
    Dragunity Corsesca x 1
    Dragunity Blackspear x 1
    Dragunity Primus Pilus x 1
    Debris Dragon x 1
    Strong Wind Dragon x 1
Raiza, the Storm Monarch x 1

    Spells x 11

    Cards of Consonance x 2
    Mystical Space Typhoon x 2
    Rising Air Current x 2
    Dark Hole x 1
    Monster Reborn x 1
    Future Fusion x 1
    Foolish Burial x 1
    Giant Trunade x 1

    Traps x 9

    Bottomless Trap Hole x 2
    Mirror Force x 1
    Torrential Tribute x 1
    Solemn Judgment x 1
    Solemn Warning x 1
    Starlight Road x 1
    Dimensional Prison x 1
    Icarus Attack x 1

    Extra Deck x 15

    Dragunity Knight - Gadearg x 2
    Dragunity Knight - Vajuranda x 2
    Dragunity Knight - Barcha x 2
    Dragunity Knight - Gae Bulg x 1
    Goyo Guardian x 1
Brionac, Dragon of the Ice Barrier x 1
Ally of Justice Catastor x 1
    Stardust Dragon x 1
    Black Rose Dragon x 1
    Red Dragon Archfiend x 1
    Five-Headed Dragon x 1
    Trident Dragion x 1

Not very complicated. Future Fusion, Foolish Burial and Tribus dump my tuners into the grave to brought back by Dux and Legionnaire for synchros, or just for attacking/effects. Cards of Consonance can dump any of my tuners into the grave, and also adds some draw power.

The tribute Dragunities have better attack, and Primus Pilus can bring a tuner from my deck, and equip it to anyone, which can be himself, or someone like Dux. Kamakiri can bring out all my non-tribute monsters. SWD is there for some nice attack power, and Raiza spins a card. Raiza's also a Winged Beast, so if I have a Phalanx, I can bypass Vajuranda and go straight to Barcha. Rising Air Current gives some attack.

Gadearg gets me the Dragunities I need, and can also dump the tuners into the grave. Vajuranda is an easy level 6 synchro, and can also bring back Phalanx for a level 8. Barcha can bring back Phalanx again for Trident Dragion, or bring back a lot of tuners for attacking.

Somehow, though, it's just not clicking. I use my hand awfully fast, and I end up topdecking a lot of the time.

I've made a small change; taken out Angustsiclavii and put in an Icarus Attack. The first post has been edited accordingly.
