What can I do for TDA?

Hey guys. I'll keep this short as well as always. You may noticed our activity is down everyday. I'm trying to hold it stand but I need some suggesions also. I need to know what you guys really want.

Tournament? Well I don't want to make The Black List full! If you wish more dueling, then I can find something, do not worry.

However because of schools, what you want is not dueling. I think you guys wish more forum events. Polls, talkings, fun etc.

New looking? If want to see different colours and stuff, I mean skin and banners, I'll try to catch DJD about new skin. Because I'm not head anymore.

Just don't leave TDA. This happens every academy at winters because of schools and business. It's why I opened an apply to be staff member. But no one noticed, cared or wanted it. We need new staff members everytime. Especially our testers need refresh. No offense please but it's so. It's same for moderators. We don't have any moderator. For testers we need 3/3 Archfiend/Uru or Stardust/Ccapac Apu duelists.

I want to say something about moderation in addition. It doesn't require check all topics. We have a report system anyway. We want you edit or delete what you saw as wrong or mistake in topics that you'd visited. So it'll be simple to be.

TDA is not the same anymore. And its not just because of school. I went inactive, because I didn't get any PM that i was degraded and didnt get any reasons. I have no problems with getting degraded, but then my rank was away too and I should take a new test, which isn't too bad, but it takes alot of time because there are no Testers around :O. Another problem is the timezone. I can't duel anyone in this forum in a normal time. People like DJD have Timezones like -7 and i have +1 and thats a huge difference. Well these were my reasons to go inactive. Other people leave this academy, because of its low activity. In the past we had alot of member like now Flamberga or Tyann who posted all the time. Now all people are gone and even people like Tyann can't keep the activity up anymore. I for example was someone who posted really often in the deck dome, then people replied and kept up the activity.

A suggestion. A big tournament + alot of events. And more activity from staff members.

Firstly thanks for your helps. When we came back to test system once more, I put new testers because you were inactive in my side. You also told this and when you asked that why you lost your rank, I said you haven't got any dorms and when you outed from Testers, you became a Noobie. I thought this like two days and I might make you a Stardust or Cccapac Apu but I didn'T because it's not fair. And I'm sorry for you couldn't find any tester around. If you wish, you can find me in testing network. My time zone is GMT +2.

Yes, I had same problem when I became active here at first times. I'm in GMT +2 and almost all of TDA members in minus zones. I still can't duel for TDA. It's not a real problem. This may happen everyone. We have to appropriate this. :/

I can't solve activity because we don't have good staff. DJD went away as well as xcross21, Det, CatGirl, Yuri Bakura, Crescent, Optimus, Jaden Yuki etc. Others are less active, Aludra, SK etc. Can you see how huge inactivity. Even among of staff. I'm trying to get new staff members, for example Tyann. I need testers also. Flameberga doesn't like TDA anymore. Aludra doesn't look like care her position. I don't blame her of course. SK didn't want to be tester. I'm only now with Tyann. If you think you'll be active once more, I'll make you a tester again. Just don't blame me to out you from you tester position. We changed system and we needed active testers. As you said you went inactive because of timezone differences.

Well. Didn't even know this was back ._. Hamachi broke a few days after TDA went down, so pardon me. I have returned. BERKAY, i'll get ahold of you ASAP.. As to events, I have one, which has been sitting xD But, it's secret, so BERKAY, we'll talk about it in private. And KayKay, I miss our duels, they were fun D:

It has been too quiet here.
The TDA gang (DJD, Det, OY, cross, Crescent, Yuri, & Supreme) is, as you said BERKAY, are still working things out from where they are. Give them patience as well the consideration for their timezone locations.

You need another Staff member BERKAY. I'm getting tired of not being able to help for too long and really want to get back on the ball. My work days are small for right now, so I'll lend not one but two hands for the main basics of the forum.
Later on once I'm back on the Staff team, maybe we could set a new bunch of active Staff members. Keep in mind, of course, the process may be slow to turn back on the average activity level for the forum. I'm aware of your time zone, as well as other members who I talk to often.

Everyone's being careful around the forum due to this "hacker" issue that's lingering for a time. A bother it really is and has set things off track. It has made others stay safe by not signing into TDA as a precaution and have a look around the forum as a "guest." It's one way to keep in touch with the academy, but some are anxious to be actually inside the forum itself cuze it's been missed. So I don't think the TDA activity is inactive as we think it is cuze a lot of us are loyal to stay here, but playing it safe. Maybe a few would log in for special purposes like PMing, participating in tournaments, and other such events. It's only if he/she really, really, needs to.
I keep thinking over the passed week or two, that maybe this "hacker" problem's long passed since New Year's. Then again, I could be wrong. Who knows, he's probably taking his weekly nap. Besides, I haven't seen anything else happening concerning it.

I'll help, and hopefully I may participate in a tournament or two.
Also, I have a couple of things I wanna share for a later time.
