suggestions for my new project

Today i started my new project is a program mostly for gaming teams in witch you can chat with other members, check the event calendar and do much more things witch i haven't think of yet. And here is where i need your help if you were to use a program like this what futures would you want it to have?

-Friend List.
-Recent Connections to certain servers
-PMs ( Private messages)
-Assuming you want more than Yu-gi-oh players to use it.
-A Mic input for gamers who play games like World of Warcraft.
-Save Chat logs
- Different fonts and colors customization.
-Small 50x50 Avatars.
-And other stuff >.>..

i have add font/color/skin customization
mic and webcam input would be a nice idea
i dont know about the avatars though i will think about it
