Could you use his effect to show Evil Hero Dark Gaia, and since he needs a fiend-type monster for a fusion material monster send let's say... Yubel the graveyard? Also, the ruling says you can't send Rainbow Dragon to the graveyard to the graveyard if showing Rainbow Neos, but Rainbow Dark Dragon is safe right?

Prisma can only send Fusion Material Monsters that are specifically named. That's exactly the reason why the ruling says you can't send "Rainbow Dragon" or "Rainbow Dark Dragon" to the grave.
So the bottom point is you can't send Yubel if you show Evil Hero Dark Gaia. Rainbow Dark Dragon isn't safe.

The reason for Rainbow dragon not being able to be selected as a Prisma target is that he is an optional fusion material monster, you can however select Neos, since Rainbow states "RD or DRD" it doesnt specefy the second fusion material monster.
