Guard Counter On Spell Field

There are some question about guard Counter specially from Card Guard.....
If Guard Counter have been Put on spell field that remains on my field, so What happened If my Opponent replace the spell field with another spell field .... The probability is just like these :

1 ) the guarded spell field are not destroyed but the another is ....
2) We can use both of spell field on the field...
3) Or Guarded spell field cannot restrain with replaced one (my opponent's spell field) and then destroyed....

I think that your opponent is not able to activate a new field spell card, but i am not 100% sure

Guard Counter can't prevent destruction from game mechanics.(And I doubt there's any card that would prevent game mechanics effect)
so it can't protect your field spell card from being destructed by other field spell card.
the same goes with "That Spellcounter Field Spell Card" <-Forget the name.

Playing another field and destroying the previous one cannot be preveted except you 'negate' the fs by solemn or such... Other than that, sorry, game mechanichs ftw

*side note:
Well, activating a Mystical Space Typhoon in the chain with the new field spell card also prevent ur FS from being destroyed.

Is it my mistake about Game Play or what... but Is it true when the another spell field were replaced by other, so then the old one were destroyed? and not sended? if its sended, so the Guard Counter were cant do anything to protect the Card.....

hmm??? The old one is sent to grave the moment new field spell card is active.
it stop from being destructed by Heavy Storm and Mystical Space Typhoon...

here's an easy example:
you use a guard counter on your equip spell card.
and then the monster that u equiped is being destroyed.
does your Equip Spell Card stay on the field and not being destroyed?

The equip spell cards mechanis are alike those of field spell cards in that situation. Equip spell cards are destroyed when their equipped monster leaves the field
About the field spell card... if after the resolution of the field spell it is still face-up on the field then the field spell card which was active previously is destroyed
