No, you cannot. The lore asked you to has a monster whose name specifically "Blue-Eyes White Dragon" (either with BEWD itself or Prisma copying its name).

i think prisma can be costed by burst stream of destruction as its activation condition, but the malefic are can't, cus its need the specific name..... yea, maybe yes maybe not....^^

Both Finas & Tyann are right: When activating Burst Stream Of Destruction, the activation specifically affects only 1 Blue-Eyes White Dragon on the field; not Malefic Blue-Eyes White Dragon.
If MBWD was specifically treated as a regular BEWD from another card effect (Not Burst Stream), it would work. But since the Burst Stream card focuses on a plain Blue-Eyes and no other card I've heard by far that could change Malefic's name, this card won't work for it.

There can only be 1 face-up "Malefic" monster on the field. Other monsters you control cannot attack. If there is no face-up Field Spell Card on the field, destroy this card.
- "Burst Stream Of Destruction":
- Activate only when there is a face-up "Blue-Eyes White Dragon" on your side of the field.
