herald of perfection spell card miss timing

This card is used to Ritual Summon "Herald of Perfection". You must also Tribute monsters whose total level equals exactly 6 from the field or your hand. When "Herald of Perfection" is Summoned by the effect of this card, you can remove from play this card in your Graveyard to select 1 of the monsters used as a Tribute for the Ritual Summon, and add it from your Graveyard to your hand.

If he summon herald of perfection, and then he want to activate this spell card effect, can I chain bottomless to herald of perfection ? and make this spell card miss the timing ?

No Dawn of the Herald would not miss the timing. The situation would work like this:

Player A activates Dawn of the Herald and Special Summons a monster.

Chain Link 1: Dawn of the Herald activates immediately, Player A chooses to activate the effect and removes Dawn of the Herald from play as a cost.
Chain Link 2: Player B activates Bottomless Trap Hole.
Chain Link 3: Player A activates Dawn of the Herald and sends a fairy from his/her hand to the Graveyard.
--- Chain Resolves Backwards ---
Chain Link 3: Dawn of the Herald negates the activation of Bottomless Trap Hole and destroys it.
Chain Link 2: Negated.
Chain Link 1: 1 Fairy that was used for the Ritual Summon is returned to Player A's hand.


The only time a card misses the timing is if it is trying to activate while a chain or situation on the field still resolving. In this scenario the chain is being built (not resolving) so Missing the Timing will not occur.
