how come the card power wall that was used in the anim and was in the 2 psp games yugioh tag force 3 and 4 hasnt become a real card does any 1 have any explanaiton?

For 2 reasons :
1) Because not ALL cards in the anime and in the games come out in normal YGO.
2) Because it would be freaking broken, it's just TOO powerful! When your opponent attacks with a monster with a mere 1800 attack, you could activate this card and mill 18 cards, this is why it's so broken, and ALSO nullify the attack. You could reduce damage you take AND mill as many cards as you want!
