hmm.. latest 1 seems pretty solid , I like the way u blured and mixed the background behind his hand. do u mind telling me which tutorial helped u in doing it??

the splatter seem to kill the sig a little
and ur color choices could be better also his vest is oversharpened and use some gradients to improve ur bg
lastly ur flow is sorta ruined by the twisting lines ._.

I think you've captured the dark effect to make this sig of Voldemort, sorry, he-who-must-not-be-named, stand out for a fade-into-the-darkness look and to gather his power. As for the text, it's a nice elegant glow and the font suits it to give it an old feel to it.

I'm giving you a 10 for this.
