1. Every participants choose two different decks. You can't use different variants of same deck.
For example,
Player 1 Deck 1 vs Player 2 Deck 2 = Player 1
Player 1 Deck 2 vs Player 2 Deck 1 = Player 1
Player 1 is winner. This'd be 1-1. Then both players choose one of his/her deck and duel once more.
2. You can't use Saber, Light Gemini, Exodia, OTK, FTK, Stall, Mill, Burn decks. Single cards are allowed from those decks. Side deck also allowed.
3. Only confirmations of oppenents are accepted as proof.
4. I'll accept 8, 16 or 32 duelists in.
5. Updates may come later.

Special Rules
I'll make a list for this and next tournaments called as Tournament Warnings List. If I saw a person even don't try once to complete his/her duel, I'll write it's name that list with a tournament warning. I take a look while I'm accepting people in tournaments everytime. I purpose make tournaments faster and safer for right people. I also want every tournament hossters do this next times.
