eh actually i wont confirm because :
1. He dont tell me wanna duel for TC
2. He synchro summon armory arms for second times and he summon the armory arms from grave not from extra deck with reason only have 1 armory arms ( illegal )

i am agreeing with Flodian.
Mainly this is because even if you do duel somebody in the Academy Hamachi Networks you must both agree for a SC duel or match. It is never "assumed", always ask your opponent if he or she wants to duel for SC, this is because some duelists test decks with other members and dont want to lose and get a loss on their record for nothing.
