Well, you shouldn't really think about these details BEFORE you have a general idea of what you want to do. In this case it's the same as before, you added another layer with the image you put in your previous sig (with the pokemon). You also made the signature more blueish and so it looks a little bit better. Still you have to learn what photoshop has to offer to improve your siggys.

@YiYi I'm against too much complexity, I just couldn't think a way to explain what I was trying to say at the moment Razz But yeah, I was trying to say that he needs to utilize more what photoshop has to offer!

Tip : Read as many tutorials as you can and try to learn something from each one. Then you can combine several "tricks" you learned and make something more unique

Seems too blurry at around him and doesn't looks good. You should add some effects with lightning or similar like bubble maybe?. Try add photofilter and adjustment options to balance your colors of course. If you're gonna use C4D, be sure you edit it in right way cause when without experience.. you will be fail then :/. Keep up the good work.!

You could use render more front of work. Try to use black fill background sometimes. You can cover the background with C4Ds and brushes. You also need a text too. 5.5/10
