Re: ? ATK monsters
depends on its def, if they didnt state it in the text then it's 0, if it's stated in the text then follow it

No, look at here

? usually signals an unknown ATK, DEF or Level value.
If a monster's ATK or DEF is represented as a '?' on the card, it cannot be searched from the Deck using the relevant value (e.g. "Sangan" and "Magician's Circle"), since it does not have a value whilst in the Deck.
Likewise, cards that search the Graveyard using a relevant value cannot be used (e.g. "Limit Reverse").
If a monster has ? ATK or DEF and the effects that determines the ATK or DEF cannot be activated or are negated while on the field, its ATK or DEF is treated as 0.
Also on the field, if an effect asks for Original ATK, then the Original ATK of a monster with '?' ATK is treated as 0 Original ATK.
In the TCG, if a card that affects the Hand, such as "Deck Devastation Virus" is activated, the monsters with ? ATK are treated as 0. However in the OCG, the monsters with ? ATK are still treated as ?. So "Deck Devastation Virus" can destroy them in hand in the TCG, but not the OCG.
