Emm Berkay the deck is all about milling the blackwings n tune them from grave so kalut n shura wont be effective n elphin with vayu is extremely important and bulb will sync with any bw syncrho on the field gettin either black rose or stardust
solar recharge is good as well cuz u see i need goo draw power in this deck but thanks specially for that trap stun card will be of real importance n i add monster reincarnation as well,
and draragon bribe is good but its dangerous when u let ur opponent get a draw so i would take the chance n use bottomless to kill syncs 1 solm will be important for me tho

You can use Armed Wing as a Synchro Metarial for Armor Master.

According my knowledge, there is two popular Vayu deck: Vayusworns and Vayu Turbo. My suggetion was Vayu Turbo. If you want a Vayusworn, sorry it seems you ruined it. JD is not good preferation is LS monsters are not main strategy. Also you have many milling cards. They may mill more than enough. Celestia is very bad choice I think. Because it's not a Pure LS deck. Only 2 Sirocco? You must be kidding. Elphin doesn't needed and Sirorocco is main, got it? I removed all of LS monsters, so I also take out your Solar Recharge. I of coursely know how much it is good. Giant Trunade is better than Cold Wave. It may ruin your turn but GT doesn't do this. Anyways, here is my new fix list:
