Swap Frog

Look guys.. I'm trying to build up my Des Frog OTK Deck since before 3 hours. I'll build many and check the best frog decks then write the Article for it. I'll replace the Il Blud thingy. ANYWAY Not matters. I have a question.

If I use Swap Frog's Effect to Swap it with Des Frog I can use Des Frog's Effect?

SINCE Tribute Summon is a Normal Summon and a Normal Summon is a Tribute Summon.

Also Swap Frog says Normal Summon a Frog Monster.

swap frog doesn't say that you can normal summon a monster without a tribute, and because of that you cannot summon "des frog" with "swap frog" effect without tributing for he's summon since "des frog" he's level 5 monster.

No, You CAN use swap frog's effect to summon a des frog in addition to your normal summon, as well as use Des Frogs effect. Though, how ever, you must offer a tribute

Yes that's right a Tribute Summon is a Normal Summon. When you Normal Summon a monster, you must always check the level of the monster. If it requires tributes this tributes must be offered unless the card states otherwise. Doesn't matter what card effect you use, if you are performing an extra Normal Summon during your turn, you must still offer tributes for monsters level 5 and up.
