to my question: I have "Wanghu" under my control. and my opponent summons "Gyaku"...what will happened?:
Gyaku would be destroyed or not? thnks for answers...

I think it doesn't destroy. Because it gains points same time with summon. I'm not sure. Det??

Well it all depends on your monsters, If your opponent has 2 or more monsters then Gyaku will not be destroyed because any changes in the attack/defense are applied once the monster is summoned. So gyaku will have 1800 when he's summoned In case your opponent got 2 monsters.

I think its depends since it is a continious eff ?

Gyaku-Gire Panda effect is applied immediately after it's Summoned to the field, without starting a chain (continous effect). If you only control King Tiger Wanghu, then the Panda's attack becomes 1300, which means it will be destroyed after King Tiger Wanghu effect resolved.
