Does it say 'Flip effects are not negated at this time'? I don't remember. If it doesn't, then I believe the effect activates. Someone assure this?

yes ryko eff is activated since its flipped and black rose doesnt have its eff negated so ryko will target and mill :] if im right

Of course it will active, Da effect was same as Sword of revealing, Thought..
because there are no monster that can stand up Attack Position with face down condition except by that Normal Spell card (forgot the name), so when it change to attack mode, its automatically Flipped Face up, and the effect is still works..
