    Obviously i cant seem to find a topic about proceeding into a higher rank , like how many SC or SP i need to get to next level??

    The answer lies inside this link that'll lead you to the Testing Center. When it comes to advancing up to the next rank, it's with no doubt a re-test request, not in the Dorm section. Smile
