Avaliability and Workload: Tuesday evening to Saturday evening 10 to 15 pieces a week.

I guess i'm part of the team o_o..

May I suggest every sig done by the team include the TDA logo? Our goal is to make TDA look pretty, but people will be able to use their sigs in other sites and if they do TDA's name will be spread as the prettiest academy [as if it wasn't already ]

First and Foremost, I want to tell that I have just yesterday started Photoshoping, so I now that I will NOT pass, but I do it only for experience. :O
Furthermore, I am interested only at Signatures, but in the Future I could do something else, as well.

@TJ, ah yeah, ofc i'm using Photoshop's magic wand or magnet...(i froget the name) when rendering image xD
i mean, is there any trick to make it more easier, maybe by increasing the contrast, or calculating the "tolerate" value...=P

I was remember the name of that tool is "magic wand tool"(if i'm not wrong ). FOr more easier check this LINK. Well, i'm sure this will be help you improve a lot about render :O.
