LADD vs direct attack

i have a duel that meets some unique condition
LADD is on my opponent field and i have jinzo returner in my field and it's my turn
can jinzo returner attack directly??? or it is negated by LADD???

Light and darkness dragon cannot negate continous eff like jinzo returners direct attack, or jinzo's negating trap card eff,

Ladd are Only negate Activation an Effect of card in 1 chain link.....
Spirit reaper /X Saber PAssiul effect that cannot be destroyed by battle effect is cannot be negated too since its effect didnt need activation first

This is correct continuous effects cannot be negated by Light and Darkness Dragon. unless the effect activates and starts a chain link it cannot be negated by Light and Darkness Dragon.

Yes it would be negated because it's just activating when summoned, unlike it already being activated while out

No, ladd doesnt kill continious effects, therefore jinzo negates all traps on the field all the time

Jinzo's effect cannot be negated by Light and Darkness Dragon.

Jinzo's effect is a continuous effect which does not activate and does not start a chain link. These type of effects, regardless about who was on the field first, cannot be negated by Light and Darkness Dragon.

Really? Hm. Odd, figured continuous would have to activate first like a normal effect before it worked, even if continuous Glad I learned something new at least ^^

Continious effects are like, kind of game state rule/condition. They happen when the conditions met immidiatly ( in this case, when jinzo was summoned) Therefore Jinzo cant be Bth'ed... Though he can get solemned, as they negate the summon itself in the first place.

u means, can LaDD negate spirit reaper effect that discard opponent hand when attack directly ? the answer is yes, LaDD negate it.
