Yeah. That's a cost to special summon a monster from the graveyard.
So all your cards are still destroyed. But with oppression, it would cause
a chain to the effect of LADD to special summon the monster, so you could
chain something dark bribe to oppression if they used oppression on LADD's
effect rather than the monster's special summon, but with Fossil
Dyna, LADD's effect would simply fizzle away.
Correct me if I'm wrong people.

Firstly, sorry for absence -_-
Destroying all of your cards is not a cost. If you read LaDD, it's effect states that you must "destroy all cards you control AND special summon" this means both effects happen together at the same time, niether is a cost. If the activation of the effect is negated by Oppression, you do not destroy all of your cards. However if fossil dyna is on the field, then this effect will continue through you just can't special summon.

Btw, I just want to add, if LADD is destroyed by battle, then Royal Oppression cannot negate the Special Summon done by LADD since it's still in Damage Step and no face-up trap card can activate its effect in Damage Step.
