Anybody may participate in this event. You may use online resources such as yugioh.wikia and your KCVDS to read card effects and help you answer the questions. All answer are to be set out in the following way and PM'd to me in the TDA PM system:

Good luck and hopefully this will continue to build yor Yu-Gi-Oh card knowledge.
