summon vandalygon after trap jammer resolve

i attack my opponent using Junk Warrior, he activate mirror mask, i chain with trap jammer, after they resolve, can i summon Vandalygon from my hand ? or it already too late because it move to damage step

What is mirror mask ?
If you mean mirror force then..

When Junk Warrior declares an attack we are still on the battle step
(Attack Response Window opens/ your opponent activates mirror force)
You response to mirror force with Trap Jammer and thus creating a chain link.

Chain Link 1 : MIrror Force
Chain Link 2 : Trap Jammer

Chain Link 2 : Trap Jammer negates mirror force
Chain Link 1 : Mirror Force is negated.. the chain link will not occur

Since Trap Jammer succesfully negated the effect of your opponent's trap the requirements are met for his summon. We are still on the Battle Step when the chain resolves so you can special summon him.
( I think you can ss him on damage step too, not sure though )

His effect to summon after a Counter Trap has resolved cannot be activated in the Damage Step because it is a Trigger Effect (Spell Speed 1).

In this case though, vem is correct. You are still in the Battle Step when Trap Jammer has resolved and you can Special Summon him from your hand to the field.
