    i will like to know if skill drain or royal oppression affect jurracs effects
    and if it cant let me summon from my hand jurrac herra?

    if a jurrac effect activates in your hand or in the grave its not affected by skill drain

    jurrac staurik when is destroyed it let me summon 2 tokens, that means that his ef activates when he is destroyed and send to graveyard?

    Yeah, that would mean it isn't affected by Skill Drain. Royal Oppression can still stop the tokens, though.

    and when jurrac deino or guivre destroy the monster that means that the effect activates in the graveyard and i can still summon a monster with guiver effect, skill drain wouldnt affect, but oppresion can right?

    guiver would be effected by skill drain but cant be stopped by oppression because its like battle step or w/e like fire dog
    but deino would not be stopped by skill drain because you tribute it to the gy as cost so eff comes while its in gy.

    Here is a list of each Jurrac Monster and whether the monster is affected by Skill Drain or Royal Oppression and why. Use this list to answer your questions:

    Jurrac Aeolo
    Skill Drain? No, this monster tributes itself as a cost, the effect will resolve in the Graveyard.
    Royal Oppression? Yes, this monster has the effect that can Special Summon.

    Jurrac Brachis
    Skill Drain? Yes, this monster has a continuous effect which is negated by "Skill Drain".
    Royal Oppression? No, this monster does not Special Summon.

    Jurrac Deino
    Skill Drain? Yes/No, If "Durac Deino" tributes himself as a cost, his effect will resolve in the graveyard and allow you to draw 2 cards. If you "Durac Denio" tributes another Jurrac monster on the field, his effect will be negated by "Skill Drain" when trying to resolve.
    Royal Oppression? No, this monster does not Special Summon.

    Jarrac Garim
    Skill Drain? No, this monster's effect activates and resolves in the Graveyard.
    Royal Oppression? No, this monster does not Special Summon.

    Jurrac Giganoto
    Skill Drain? Yes, this monster has a continuous effect which is negated by "Skill Drain".
    Royal Oppression? Yes, the Synchro Summon of this monster can be negated.

    Jurrac Guivre
    Skill Drain? Yes, this monster's effect resolves on the field.
    Royal Oppression? No, this monster's effect activates in the Damage Step, Spell Speed 2 cards like "Royal Oppression" cannot be activated at this time.

    Jurrac Herra
    Skill Drain? No, this monster's effect will activate in the hand or the Graveyard.
    Royal Oppression? No, this monster's effect activates in the Damage Step, Spell Speed 2 cards like "Royal Oppression" cannot be activated at this time.

    Jurrac Iguanon
    Skill Drain? Yes, this monster's effect activates and resolves on the field.
    Royal Oppression? No, this monster does not Special Summon.

    Jurrac Meteor
    Skill Drain? Yes, this monster has a trigger effect and destroying all cards on the field is not a cost. This effect will be negated by "Skill Drain".
    Royal Oppression? Yes, this monster's has the effect that can Special Summon, its own summon can also be negated when Synchro Summoned.

    Jurrac Monoloph
    Skill Drain? Yes, this monster has a continuous effect which is negated by "Skill Drain".
    Royal Oppression? No, this monster does not Special Summon.

    Skill Drain? Yes, this monster has a continuous effect which is negated by "Skill Drain".
    Royal Oppression? No, this monster does not Special Summon.

    Jurrac Ptera
    Skill Drain? Yes, this monster's effect activates and resolves on the field.
    Royal Oppression? No, this monster does not Special Summon.

    Jurrac Spinos
    Skill Drain? Yes, this monster's effect activates and resolves on the field.
    Royal Oppression? No, this monster's effect activates in the Damage Step, Spell Speed 2 cards like "Royal Oppression" cannot be activated at this time.

    Jurrac Staurik
    Skill Drain? No, this monster's effect activates and resolves in the Graveyard.
    Royal Oppression? No, this monster's effect activates in the Damage Step, Spell Speed 2 cards like "Royal Oppression" cannot be activated at this time.

    Jurrac Titan
    Skill Drain? Yes, this monster's effect activates and resolves on the field, however, if you choose to activate this effect, removing a "Jurrac" monster from play will still be paid as a cost.
    Royal Oppression? No, this monster does not Special Summon

    Jurrac Tyrannus
    Skill Drain? Yes, this monster has both an ignition and continuous effect that activate/apply and resolve on the field, however, if you choose to activate the ignition effect, tributing a "Dinosaur-Type" monster will still be paid as a cost.
    Royal Oppression? No, this monster does not Special Summon.

    Jurrac Velo
    Skill Drain? No, this monster's effect activates and resolves in the Graveyard.
    Royal Oppression? No, this monster's effect activates in the Damage Step, Spell Speed 2 cards like "Royal Oppression" cannot be activated at this time.

    Jurrac Velphito
    Skill Drain? Yes, this monster's has both a continuous and trigger effect that activate/apply and resolve on the field.
    Royal Oppression? Yes, the Synchro Summon of this monster can be negated.
